This secure apartment being on the 7th floor offers incredible stunning views of the Waterfront, harbour & city skyline. All this within a short drive to Table Mountain, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches. The large lounge and dining area has colour television with MNet, CD stereo system, private telephone and ceiling fan. The well appointed Main bedroom has two single beds, dressing table and abundant cupboard space. The second bedroom has a double bed, cupboard space and book shelves. Bathroom with separate shower enclosure, bath, wash basin and toilet. Quality bath and hand towels are supplied. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with double door fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave and automatic washing machine. Open balcony off main bedroom and lounge with outdoor furniture. 24 hour security and undercover parking for two cars. Airport transfers, car hire and tours can be arranged. V & A Waterfront, CBD and International Convention Centre - 10 minutes walk. Table Mountain - 10 minutes drive. Clifton and Camps Bay beaches - 10 minutes drive. Cape Town International airport - 20 minutes drive. Within easy driving distance to the Stellenbosch, Paarl & Franschhoek wine routes. Shopping, restaurants and cinemas at the Waterfront and Canal Walk complex. Golf, gym, tennis, bowls and water sports - 5 minutes drive.
