 The stylishly designed ground floor has a living area with fireplace that extends through to the dining room with exposed brick walls. The kitchen has exposed stonework and steel columns overlooked by the roof terrace with glass skylights. There is a small stainless steel cloakroom and storage area. |

 The rear of the property is a one-way glass wall which backs onto a private road for parking. The glass walled bathroom has a skylight shower and the air-conditioned bedroom opens onto a private terrace area. The top roof terrace has seating area, sun lounges and Jacuzzi where you have amazing views of Table Mountain and the City. |

 The cottage is fully serviced six days a week with a light service on Sundays except Public Holidays. The kitchen is fully fitted with complimentary tea and coffee. There is a wall safe, BBQ/Braai, direct dial telephone and WiFi is also available. |

 We offer extra guest services of cottage drinks, dry cleaning, pre-stocked kitchens, flowers, gym membership, airport pick-ups and catering for private functions. In addition we can arrange breakfast at a recommended restaurant in the area. |
