with fireplace that extends through to the dining room
with exposed brick walls. The kitchen has exposed
stonework and steel columns overlooked by the roof terrace
with glass skylights. There is a small stainless steel cloakroom

 The rear of the property is a one-way glass wall which
backs onto a private road for parking. The glass walled
bathroom has a skylight shower and the air-conditioned
bedroom opens onto a private terrace area. The top roof
terrace has seating area, sun lounges and Jacuzzi where
