At the top end of Dixon Street this property has a front terrace where you enter into the open plan ground floor. A great entertaining space with French Windows that open onto the front terrace, the living space has an ornamental fireplace and expansive dining table and fully fitted kitchen.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned with their own en-suite bathrooms. The two large ground floor bedrooms, 4 & 5, open out onto one high walled private garden courtyard; one of these has an open plan bathroom with free standing bath.

The metal stairs are open air with connecting balconies to the first floor bedrooms 1, 3 & then 2, with a further flight of open stairs to the roof terrace.

The large master bedroom 1 stretches the width of the property with open plan shower and separate toilet. French Windows open onto a long balcony with seating area that over looks the courtyard below and has great views of the city and Table Mountain.

Bedroom 3 is the middle room with en-suite bathroom and can be made up as king or twin.

Located at the front of the house, bedroom 2 spans the width of the property with French Windows looking across the village. Like bedroom 1 this has an open plan bathroom with separate toilet.

The massive roof terrace has 360 views of Table Mountain, city and village. With great seating areas and sun loungers plus a large 6-8 person hot tub; it's a great space to enjoy with the whole household.

Our reception is located at 40 Napier Street and we recommend parking in Loader Street and walking down the cobbled street. Napier Street is a one way so alternatively park in Waterkant Street and lower Napier Street and walk up. Our reception located next to The Village Cafe and all properties are no more than a couple minutes walk. Being close to the city center the area can get busy with parking as it is currently free to park. Before 7.30am and after 5pm weekdays and weekends parking is easy to find. In addition if your property does not have private parking and the streets are busy then paid parking is available at the Cape Quarter center.
