The elegant Dolphin Manor is only 2 blocks away from the sea and walking distance to both the lovely Blouberg beaches as well as shops, pubs and restaurants. No need to get into the car to drive somewhere! Close enough to walk but outside the reach of pubs' noise. |

The house has a great flow: from the moment you step into the house through the extra large front door onto the porcelain tiles, you will be welcomed by a large open living area incorporating the kitchen, lounge, dining room which all lead straight onto the massive patio, 1000m2 yard and swimming pool. It is ideal for those family
get-togethers.



Dolphin Manor oozes with modern finishes including porcelain tiles throughout the living area and passages, leather couches, modern 42" LCD TV with DSTV (satellite TV with all movies, news and sports channels), iPod Docking Station/Speakers & dark wood furniture. The living area also has a lovely fireplace to keep the Cape Winter at bay and to create a romantic touch.



Granite Tops, Oven, gas stove, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, large double-door modern stainless steel fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery.



The large inviting patio is covered and is the perfect spot to relax, prepare a barbeque or make a delicious pizza in the pizza oven. The patio has roll-down blinds to protect it against strong winds or chilly nights. Apart from the BBQ under cover of the patio, there is also an outdoor BBQ next to a 10 seater garden table under a pergola. Here one can enjoy lunches or dinners al fresco. The 1000 sq meter yard is rather private and consists of plenty of space to wander around. It also boasts a solar heated swimming pool.



Includes a large washing machine and a dishwasher.



There is secure off-street parking for 2 vehicles behind a remote controlled gate.
The house is built across a very large public park that boasts a children playground.

Although it is an extremely safe neighbourhood with many houses not even having walls, we have installed the following security measures:
- 2 meter walls right around
- electrified fencing on all walls
- a sophisticated alarm connected to a 24h armed security quick response unit. |

     



    

3 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are en-suite with their own bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet and washbasin. The 3rd bedroom is opposite the guest bathroom, which includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin.

Flatlet: It is attached to the house and can be booked at an additional cost. This flatlet consists of a kitchenette, bedroom, lounge and bathroom (shower, toilet and basin). The lounge has a sleeper couch so the flatlet can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. The flatlet cannot be rented by itself without taking the house as well which means no other guests would share the property during your visit even if you decide to only take the house without the flatlet.

Should you have a very large family or group of friends, we have a 2nd house some 1.5km away which can also house the same amount of people and each house can host both groups for meals and get-togethers. |
