The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:

Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee. |
|
Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost). |
|
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total reservation cost). |
Minimum stay
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation.

If a stay of less than three nights is agreed at no additional cost, a housekeeping fee will be levied. |

Follow the N2 towards Cape Town until your reach the CBD. |

Take the Strand Street exit. |
