Echo Cove is close to the beach, Clovelly Golf Course and 10 minutes from historic Simon’s Town and the famous Boulders Beach penguins. Within easy access to all major wine routes and the famous V&A Waterfront. Whale watching is most popular in Fish Hoek with the season running from late August to end October.

There are sweeping views over the main beach, Simons Town and stretching across False Bay to the Hottentot Mountains.















The house offers a teen pad with
en-suite shower and a double automated
garage with direct access into the foyer and the
guest cloakroom.

The house can sleep 7 people.

The Villa is on three levels and offers top furnishings throughout, has a large open plan lounge with Satellite Television, air conditioning, fireplace, Internet access and telephone. The lounge and dining areas lead to the netted swimming pool, patio areas and wind free garden. The dining room is equipped for seating 8 people with another small seating area and direct access to a very large fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Washing machine and tumble drier are located in the garage. The Villa is fully alarmed with armed response.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, with Satellite Television, air conditioning, sea views and an en suite with spa bath, shower, double basins and equipped with a hairdryer and a walk in dressing room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite to bathroom with bath only and has limited sea views. The third bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobes, wonderful sea views and an en suite shower room. A fourth bedroom is located above the garage with an en suite shower and is suitable for a teen pad.
