| Ehlathini Guest House, is the Xhosa word for “in the forest”, as we are situated in the heart of the Tokai Forest. Within ‘touching distance’ of the mountain, yet only a few minutes from the city, it serves as an ideal base from which to explore or simply a place to relax and enjoy the tranquility provided by the shelter of the trees and mountains. We are situated in a most exclusive, secure area. Just five minutes drive from the chic Constantia Mall’s fashionable shops and restaurants, an easy approach to the freeways gives guests superb access to all of the Cape’s scenic delights. Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice, with championship golf courses situated a stones throw away! Take time out for an excursion to Cape Point, the Cape of Good Hope, with a stop over at the Cape Point Ostrich farm or visit the penguins at Boulders Beach. Of course no visit to Cape Town is complete without a cableway ride up Table Mountain with its breathtaking view of the city and surrounds. Then take a leisurely walk around Green Market Square or a drive to Kirstenbosch Gardens – the largest Botanical Garden in the Southern Hemisphere. A twenty five minute trip will take you to the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town, where you can shop to your heart’s content. Pay a visit to the Two Oceans Aquarium or take a boat-ride out to Robben Island, the legendary prison of Nelson Mandela. |

| Ehlathini Guest Houseis in easy traveling distance to some of the most beautiful destinations South Africa has to offer. You will find famous wine farms in close proximity, boasting world-class wines and fine restaurants; as well as spectacular walking and mountain-biking trails. The golden sands of numerous beaches on the Atlantic or Indian Ocean side are also close at hand. The Guest House can be rented completely as a Holiday Home for a family on a self catering basis. It could sleep up to 8 people max. Each room has it’s own entrance, so we are also perfectly equipped to accommodate Business executives or couples, for an overnight stay. We offer three well appointed double bedrooms with Queen Size beds, 2 bedrooms are en-suite - both with bath and shower. Each room has its own flat screen TV, with satellite and access to wireless ADSL. All rooms are equipped with a fan. A separate dining room and outside patio makes a great entertainment area overlooking an immaculate garden to enjoy those hot summer afternoons. |
