On The Beach, classic beach house built to high standards offers quite spectacular views and beach experience. Bakovens (little Camps Bay) many coves and jutted rock formations provide many private beaches and beautiful scenery away from the madding crowd. The House itself offers 3 en suite bedrooms and is finished in a classic manor to a very high standard. The entertainment flow is good from the ample open plan living dining area to a large sundeck that looks out over a small patch of grass to the sand , then sea. No swimming pool but the
sea is 10M away.

As its name suggests, this cosy beach house overlooks one of Cape Town’s most private beach coves – truly a
best-kept secret. This is beach living at its best: far from the crowds but a short drive from the vibrant heart of Cape Town’s city centre, Table Mountain and the Waterfront.
Lofty, exposed wooden ceilings and warm wooden floors offset a mix of antiques and collected treasures to create a sophisticated but welcoming beach house. The kitchen, living and dining area flows outdoors onto a raised deck with one of the best sea views on this idyllic coast. The spacious main bedroom is also on this upper level with magnificent views to be enjoyed the minute you open your eyes.

Wooden stairs take you down to a surprisingly large second floor (you would never guess it was this spacious from the beach) with a comfortable combined family/television room and study as well as two generous en-suite bedrooms. Both lead into an internal courtyard with a wooden deck which is always wonderfully sheltered and warm.
Who needs a pool when the sea virtually laps at your feet about 10 metres away in this beautiful sandy cove? Swim at the beach or boulder hop until you find a lovely sunny spot to take in the 360° views of the sea, mountains and coastline, relaxing with sundowners in hand.
