These self-catering cabins are situated on a Fynbos Eco Reserve between Stellenbosch and Somerset West in the
heart of the wine industry. With the vineyards as a backdrop, the ever-changing colour of the leaves constantly transforms the landscape. Harvest time normally starts in late January and ends in March. The history of Stellenbosch is reflected in the Neo-Dutch, Georgian and modern Victorian Architecture that can be found in the heart of this University town.
The Reserve has a strong commitment to sustainability and being 'green', ensures that water and electricity consumption is kept to a minimum. Composting toilets, use of grey-water systems and solar heating are being introduced to the Reserve. All products used are Organic.
