We are in the centre of the Winelands. Vergelegen, Lourensford and Morgenster are 3 wine farms which is walking distance from us. Morgenster is also producing world quality olive oil.
Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek are within easy reach.
Nature
This area is one of the most sought after areas for nature lovers. The Helderberg Nature Reserve is around the corner with several hiking and mountain bike trails. The Heroldt Porter Nature Reserve in Betty’s bay is in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Cape Town’s famous botanical garden is a must! Bird watching is possible at all these gardens.
Pristine beaches at the Strand where you can enjoy swimming, surfing or sailing.
You can spot whales all along the spectacular coastline from Strand, Betty’s Bay, and Kleinmond to Hermanus.
Visit Boulders Beach to see the Jackass penguins.
Cape Town
Forest Green is 20min from Cape Town International Airport and 30min from the city centre. You can explore the city with its many attractions without being in the buzz of a big city.
