| Forest Hills Cottage is a peaceful and charming self catering establishment on the slopes of the Constantiaberg. It is situated adjacent to the Tokai plantation with direct access to its Arboretum, and tearoom, walks and hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and birdlife.
Although situated in a rural area which is close to both wine farms and golf courses, access to the freeway is quick and easy, taking approximately twenty minutes to reach the Waterfront, beaches, and many tourist attractions. Shops and restaurants are also within close proximity. The cottage has an upstairs bedroom with a mountain view and a queen sized bed. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds. There is a central bathroom which has a separate shower and bath. The kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine, and a separate television/lounge area, fitted with a corner couch. Both D.S.T.V. and telephone are available. The cottage has its own private garden with a shady veranda for relaxing outside. |

| There is also an en-suite unit which is suitable for a couple or a single. This has a totally seperate entrance and can be booked with the cottage or separately. This unit has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It opens into a small garden with table and chairs, with clear views up to Elephant’s eye cave on the Constantiaberg.
Both units are serviced daily, with linen and towels provided. Babysitting can be arranged if requested. A lovely cot and bunk beds are available to cater for the needs of families. |

 The guest’s parking is undercover within the security of this large property which is fully fenced, with entrance via electronic gates. Both units are fitted with burglar bars, and an alarm. This lovely property, with its beautiful gardens, is situated at the end of a panhandle against the tranquil backdrop of mountains and surrounding forests. |
