The road that you exit at the airport links with the N2. Continue on this road called the N2 for ± 5 km.
The Next exit reads "M17 - Jan Smuts Drive, 11a. Turn left and continue for 1 km.
At the 4 way robot, turn Right. This is Klipfontein Road. Continue over the Bridge.
There will be a Green board that reads Sybrand Park, Athlone. Turn Left at the Green Board.
The First Road is Station Road and the next road is Garlandale Crescent.
Turn Right at Garlendale Crescent.
"The Junction" complex will be on your Left

Booking and Deposit Requirements
For the purposes of confirming an advanced booking, a 50% deposit is required 48 hours
after making the booking.

Methods of Payment:
Balance of payment is to be made no later than day of arrival in cash or deposit
in aforementioned bank account (proof of deposit to be submitted at time of arrival).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on day of arrival or during stay will result in full amount being forfeited.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of the full amount due will be forfeited.
Cancellation from 14 – 28 days prior to arrival – 25% of the full amount due will be forfeited.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management
and based on the ability to re-let rooms.

Commencement and Termination:
Check in time on day of arrival - 14h00 to 20h00.
Departure time on day of departure - 06h00 to 11h00.

Check in or departure times outside of above parameters will be considered if at least 1 week prior arranged. |

Should departure times not be before 11h00 (without prior arrangement), management has the right to charge for a full day. |

Should check in time not be before 20h00 on day of arrival (without prior arrangement), management have the right to cancel the booking without liability or penalty to the guest. |
 |
Guest will be liable for any damages to the apartment or its contents. |
 |
Management reserves the right to cancel a booking when no payment has been received within stipulated times, or when guests act offensively and is in danger to other guests etc. |
 |
The guest is advised to take out personal insurance of their luggage and personal property. Management will not be held responsible for any costs & / or losses suffered by the guest, his / her dependants or travelling companions. |
