Grace House is showered with full sun in the summer months and thanks to a great outdoor entertainment terrace, leading to the pool, guests can enjoy al fresco dining and lazy days of sun worship! This three-bedroom house is set in the leafy suburb of Claremont, close to Kirstenbosch Gardens, facing the south east side of our beautiful
Table Mountain.

Although this house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it is ideally situated close to public transport and all major routes. Just 5 minutes away are the following: Newlands Rugby and Cricket fields, Cavendish Square shopping Mall, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain walks, Cinema’s, boutiques, specialised food stores, restaurants and local bars. Within 10 minutes you are in the City Centre, the Convention centre and the Waterfront.

Cape Town’s leading beaches situated on the Atlantic Seaboard are Clifton and Camps Bay, both just a 20-minute drive away. Other beaches and craft markets, such as Hout Bay, are just 15 minutes away.

Rates are negotiable for lets of over 12 nights and at the discretion of the owner.



PAYMENT
A 50% Deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable.
Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment method: EFT( BAC) Please note Paypal does not work in SA.
Security Deposit: Payable with the last payment. Usually 15/20%.
Please note that we cannot refund for early departures.
Cancellations clauses are detailed in your Invoice.

CANCELLATIONS
30 days notice is required in order to cancel your booking. In this event, you will be refunded 50%
Failure to provide 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of the full amount.

OTHER
The rates quoted are for the whole house
       and per night, not per person.
Minimum of 5 nights stay is required
Grace House can sleep a maximum of 6 persons
Smoking in the house is not permitted. Smoking
       is permitted on the terrace.
