The ground level of the villa is an entertainer’s paradise, boasting a large informal lounge with sit-in bar, pool table, log fireplace and full entertainment centre (a large Home Theatre with surround sound system). Also on this level is a spacious dining room and large designer kitchen, fully equipped with Miele appliances and a separate fully fitted laundry. A reception room leads you to a private study with wireless ADSL (WiFi) internet access.



The large gazebo equipped with sound system, pizza oven and barbeque is perfect for outdoor entertainment. It overlooks a solar heated salt water swimming pool, beautiful garden with stunning mountain views, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening sundowners. There is also an organic vegetable and herb garden where you can enjoy your own strawberries, young berries and grapes.

The villa offers direct access into the Groot Constantia vineyards, which is South Africa’s oldest, best known wine estate and one of the most visited tourist attractions. Here one could go for leisurely walks and enjoy breath-taking views and even spot indigenous wildlife.
