Hampshire House, awarded 4 stars by the Tourism Grading Council, was Runner up (Highly Commended) in the Countrywide AA Accommodation Awards Bed and Breakfast "Guest House of The Year" competition in 2006 and a finalist for 3 previous consecutive years. Being situated in the Constantia Wine Valley is another added attraction as it has a rural feel to the whole area, and you can visit any of the 6 wineries only 5 minutes away. We have some of the top restaurants in the country a short drive away and over a dozen choices from Fine Dining to Pizza. There are 5 individually decorated en suite bedrooms having king size or twin 3/4 beds, all made up with high quality cotton percale bed linen for your comfort. The ground floor rooms open onto the patio, each room having its own private table, chairs and large shade umbrella. All rooms have Air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wall safe, fridge with complimentary water and fruit juice, Television, CD player and choice of cd’s with music to suit all tastes, Radio alarm, Tea/Coffee tray, hairdryer and cozy winter under floor heating.

Ringwood and Hedge End are double rooms with King size bed. Picket Post is double room with twin ¾ beds.
All three ground floor rooms have full en suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower and heated towel rail. Under floor heating for cozy winter lodging. Doors to patio and pool area.
ROOM: “HAYLING” Hayling is a first floor double room with King size bed and balcony, overlooking garden and pool area, en suite shower room with heated towel rail.
