Accommodation The Gables  is a luxury
self-catering villa with solar heated pool and Jacuzzi, ideally positioned in a quiet street in the heart of Hout Bay, walking distance to the beach, the harbour and many shops and restaurants. The villa sleeps 11/13 people.



This Cape Dutch house is very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences.
You can feel the care and personal touch as you walk through this spacious villa, every room is boosting with character. Funky coloured walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors and window shutters, beautiful finishes, colonial leather chairs in the bedrooms, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes.


Luxury home comforts can be found throughout the house such as heaters, fan's, TV's (DSTV + Mnet), DVD player, video recorder, quality Hi-Fi CD player, games, quality beds with beautiful bedlinen and off coarse towels provided. Both kitchens are fully equipped, including washing machines, tumble dryers and a dishwasher
in the main house.


5 spacious bedrooms, 2 lounges with French doors leading onto the garden with sparkling solar heated pool and Jacuzzi, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Two cots available. Secure off street parking on property, behind a remote controlled security gate and outside BBQ (Braai) facility with rustic shady
patio cover.

The villa is ideal for a large - or even two families/ groups. It consists of a main house (sleeps 6/7) and a cottage (sleeps 5/4). Sleeps 11 in total and there is even an sleeping couch to facilitate in total 13. The cottage and main house have an in-between door with a smooth flow as if they where one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances.






  R 1250 – R 3500 per night for the villa,
  Rates depending on season and duration of stay.
• Please enquire about our special rates for long stays (10 days or more)
• A minimum of 3 nights stay is required
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking
• The 50% balance is due 1 month prior to arrival
• A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is required upon arrival, which will be returned to you at departure when no breakage has occurred.
• Ones a week maid service, pool and garden service are included.
• We will be happy to assist you with any travel queries you might have, from car rental to organizing tours. English and Dutch spoken.
