Kruger House Guest Cottages are a portfolio of four 5 Star Luxury Self Catering Cottages situated in the beautiful village of Franschhoek. The cottages are within walking distance of the village centre.

The cottages sleep between 2 – 6 people and are fully equipped inside and are serviced daily. Each has an outside gas braai and their own private swimming pool. All the cottages have air-conditioning and indoor gas fireplaces.

All the cottages come with the same luxuries and facilities which are Satellite
T.V., gas outside barbeque facilities, Air conditioners in bedrooms and gas fire places in lounges. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, toilet paper, soap, toothpaste plus well known brands of shampoo and hair conditioners. There are also ladies and gents luxury brand perfumes and aftershaves, sun tan lotions, Insect repellent, talcum powder, bath salts and candles (if you want a romantic soak in the bath!).There are also separate towels provided for the pool.

The kitchens are fully equipped with stoves, micro-waves, kettles, toasters etc. The larger cottage also has a dishwasher. We also supply basic condiments and spices for cooking, plus olive oil and Soy sauce. There is tea, instant and fresh coffee, sugar and milk .These are just little welcome packs so you can have a drink on arrival.

The cottages are serviced every day except Sunday and Public Holidays unless by prior arrangement which will be at guests own cost. All the cottages have laundry facilities - with washing machines, dryers plus iron and ironing boards.

Franschhoek is only one hour’s drive from Cape Town, making it the perfect getaway while visiting the Cape or even as your base while exploring the winelands.

The beauty of staying in our cottages is that you have a lovely home with lots of privacy all to yourself. You have your own entertainment patio leading out to the pool and garden, great to laze by on the hot summer days and just soak up the beautiful mountain views of the valley.

Franschhoek is known as the Food and Wine Capital of S.A. There are many fine Restaurants situated in the valley and surrounds some of which are in
walking distance.

Lemon Tree Cottage – Sleeps 4
This cottage has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This cottage has a separate T.V. lounge upstairs and both bedrooms have double beds.

Rose Cottage – Sleeps 6
This cottage has three bedrooms, one has an en-suite shower room and the bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds.

Riverside Cottage – Sleeps 6
This Cottage has three bedrooms, two have en-suite shower rooms and the upstairs bedroom is a suite which has an en-suite bathroom, separate TV lounge and a balcony area which has magnificent views of the mountains. The cottage also has a separate TV lounge downstairs and a large outside garden.

Wedgwood House – Sleeps 6
This Cottage has three bedrooms, two bedrooms have king size beds the other room has 2 single beds. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The House has its own private swimming pool, garden and a Jacuzzi.

	First thing a visitor must do is take a stroll round the Huguenot
	Museum and Monument taking in the rich heritage of the Franschhoek Valley and its surrounds.
	Enjoy a leisurely walk down the main road with its many sidewalk cafes and restaurants.
	Take a tour round the many Wineries.
	Visit the many art galleries and curio shops.
	Try your hand at Fly-Fishing.
	For the more energetic there are hiking trails plus mountain bikes can be hired in the village.
	Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with Pearl Valley and Boschenmeer Golf Estate only a short drive away.

	100% deposit up front - booking not confirmed until paid in full.
	Unless agreed upon in writing prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed. Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of reserved arrival date.
	All reservations and cancellations to be in writing by fax or e-mail.
	25% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 60 to 30 days prior to arrival
	50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 to 7 days prior to arrival.
	100% cancellation fee will apply on full booking should cancellation occur in less than 7 days.
