The loft can accommodate 1-2 people and is arranged in an open plan style. It is split over two levels and has a double volume lounge area opening onto a small balcony from where you have an uninterrupted view of Table Mountain with Kloof Street just below, meandering down to the city centre and Cape Town harbour. On a clear day you can see beyond the city limits all the way to the Hottentots Holland mountain range just beyond the famous wine region of Stellenbosch.
The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the lounge area by a cosy little breakfast bar. Up the stairs on the mezzanine level, secluded from the rest of the apartment but still retaining the benefit of open plan space, you will find the bedroom with queen size bed.
The loft forms part of a modern and sought after gated complex with in-house laundry facilities, allocated undercover parking bays, a pool area and great security.
Sights within walking distance include the Company Gardens, National Gallery, South African Museum, and the Planetarium with Green Market Square, Table Mountain cable way and the V&A Waterfront less than a 5 minute drive away.
