Lemoenbos is a four bedroom holiday home situated in a quiet, up market residential area in Langebaan with distant lagoon views from the living area and bedrooms.
With a separate braai room and located within walking distance from one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world, makes it ideal for family breakaways!

Lemoenbos is fully equipped for 10 people and is rented out on a self-catering basis. The ground floor has a kitchen and open plan dining and lounge area. The first floor features a spacious entertainment area with a built in braai leading to a balcony with lagoon views.

The house is equipped with all the necessary luxuries including DSTV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen makes
self catering a pleasure with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, industrial size washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sleeping arrangements are available in four spacious bedrooms, each with lagoon views. The main en-suite bedroom has
a private balcony and built-in fireplace. The second, third and fourth bedrooms have double beds. Fourth bedroom is
en-suite with shower. The third bathroom is located in the passage with separate shower & bath. Downstairs guest toilet.

	Parking for four vehicles.
	Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.
	There is a downstairs braai room that opens onto a balcony and features a kitchenette.
	Satellite television with selected channels in lounge and main bedroom. DVD player in lounge.

	We meet all our guests on arrival and can advise on local activities and restaurants
	The property is equipped with towels and linen.
	Our housekeeping department offers guests a full service after every 4 nights of occupation.
	Additional housekeeping services and services on a Sundays and Public holidays, can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
