All departures after 10am will be an extra charge of R100 per hour. 4. All additional guests checked in through the night without payment will be an extra charge of R250 per guest per night. 5. A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation and balance to be paid on arrival. 6. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:   a. More than 30 days prior arrival : 0% cancellation fee b. More than 7 days prior arrival : 50% cancellation fee c.
