Penthouse 1 has a romantic, cosy intimacy and is perfect for couples looking to escape the fast pace of city life and spend some quality time together..Also ideal for celebrating special occasions including anniversaries.
It has an open plan layout, is spacious and features a very private bathroom.It can sleep 2 but can accommodate up to 4 as there is a sleeper couch.

Penthouse 2 (family and friends)
Penthouse 2 suits a family or a group of friends, who wish to getaway and spend some quality time together in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
Is decorated in the same style as Penthouse 1, but is more spacious .It features 2 bedrooms(can sleep 4) and two bathrooms .Each bathroom has both a shower and a bath The living and dining area are open plan, but the bedrooms are very private. |

In the winter, take the edge off a chilly evening, light the old fashioned, wood burning stove and curl up on one of the comfy sofas with a good book and savour a glass of the excellent locally produced wines.
In the summer, open the doors onto the spacious balcony enjoy the fresh air and watch the sunset over the vineyards
Many of our guests have commented on how comfortably furnished the penthouses are, describing them as a home from home..
Franschhoek also caters to golfers ( the Pearl Valley Golf Course is 20min away,) There are challenging mountain hikes or vineyards to explore on horseback. There are beautiful, meandering streams for fly-fishing and fast flowing rivers for kayaking.
