| The apartment is situated about 15 minutes from the Victoria and Alfred (V&A) Waterfront, Two Oceans Aquarium, the Cape Town City Bowl, modern shopping centre Canal Walk, Ratanga Theme Park and GrandWest Casino. Shopping centres, cinemas and restaurants are all close by. Closest airport Cape Town International (approx. 21km). Blouberg is near the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Cape Winelands. At the Waterfront there are daily boat trips to Robben Island, a few kilometers off the coast of Blouberg on the Atlantic Ocean. This island was made famous by Nelson Mandela, who was imprisoned there for 18 of his 27 years in jail. Many golf courses close by eg. Milnerton, Metropolitan and Atlantic Beach. Rietvlei wetlands (bird watching) and Sancob seabird and penguin rehabilitation centre are all within walking distance. The apartment has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite) and open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The wraparound balcony has a Weber braai, and sliding doors open from the living room and three bedrooms. There is 24 hour security, with two undercover parking bays and a storeroom. The laundry is available 24 hours per day. The building has a lift and our corner apartment is situated on the first floor. |
