Please advise us on early or late arrivals and departures - we will try our best to
accommodate your needs accordingly. |

Single persons occupying a room will be charged the “sharing room” rate, plus R100
per night. |
|
Children under 10 years will be charged R95 per child per night, if sharing a room with
parents (max 2 children). A mattress or cot can be put in any of the rooms on request.
Breakfast R45 per child (under 10 years). |
|
Snack Platters and Dinner available on request, or we will gladly make a restaurant
reservation for you. |
|
Airport Transfers and Day Tours can be arranged on request. |
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS |
|
Deposits and cancellations are calculated on the full value of stay. |
|
A 50% deposit will be required to secure a booking. |
|
Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation with booking reference
number will be forwarded to the client. |
|
The Balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid two weeks before arrival. |
|
Payment for meals or any other extras to be made on day of departure. |
|
Mariner Guesthouse will retain the the full accommodation payment in the case of “No
Shows” or if cancellations of bookings are made less than 21 days prior to arrival. |
|
Bookings cancelled 21 – 45 days prior to arrival, will be refunded with 50% of the
deposit paid. |
|
A full refund of deposit (minus 10% handling fee) will be made for bookings made more
than 45 days prior to arrival. |
