Through sliding doors access to the first lounge with comfortable couches and for wintertime a fireplace.
Leading towards open plan, fully equipped kitchen, with attached separate scullery consisting of a wet-part, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and double door fridge. Separate dining area with a good flow to the kitchen. Separate lounge with TV (satellite channels) and again amazing views! There is even a separate entertainment area with pool table and bar.





Two bedrooms on the ground floor and the other three upstairs. All 5 bedrooms have queen size beds.
Bedroom one on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower in bath.
The second bedroom on the ground floor has a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.
Bedroom three and four share one bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath.
Bedroom five, the upstairs huge main bedroom has it`s own bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower and bath. Sitting in the bath while having the best view of the surroundings!

Use of communal swimming pool and tennis court of the estate within 3 minutes walk from the House.
