 The villa is set in the heart of Noordhoek village, at the foot of Chapman's Peak. The white sandy beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean lie just 700m away. Coffee shops, pubs and restaurants lie within easy walking distance.  The Villa offers 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6 adults and a kid’s room with double bunks. The upstairs suite is spectacular it is surrounded by large glass sliding doors and stacking windows. Soak away your troubles in the large stone bath and enjoy the inspiring views of the mountain. The double shower is fitted with ultra luxurious rain cloud shower heads. The downstairs bedrooms also face north and capture the mountain views. Both rooms open up into the very private, landscaped garden, with children’s jungle gym, pool (fenced) and Jacuzzi.  The house is fitted with three lovely bathrooms, a modern kitchen, fitted with all the amenities of a modern home, multiple outdoor entertainment areas with outdoor heaters and speakers, upstairs deck, integrated sound system, HD DSTV, large TV room with plasma screen and full 6.1 surround sound. The dining room and lounge are open plan and capture beautiful views and lots of sunlight, all year round. Elegant, Italian porcelain tiles run through the entirety of the downstairs entertainment areas. Large glass sliding doors open up into the garden and outdoor entertainment areas. The Lounge is also fitted with a spectacular glass fire place, offering 10kw of heat through the house. The house has a double garage that leads directly into the house, plenty of off street parking, excellent security and is fully serviced daily (weekdays). A babysitting service can easily be arranged. A fully equipped laundry and laundry service are available at no extra cost. |
