This lovely two bedroom holiday apartment is situated in West Beach in the Blouberg area along the West Coast of Cape Town.

ONLY A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! It's perfect for either sporting events, honeymoon or for the perfect holiday.

West Beach is 35 minutes drive from Cape
Town International Airport and 25 minutes from the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town.



The apartment is finished and decorated to a very high standard throughout and has fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is furnished with a beautiful "sleigh style" double bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a main bathroom with bath and separate shower.
There is a spacious lounge with open-plan kitchen which has separate seating area with TV and dining area with table and chairs.

There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which may be used to accommodate further guests if agreed by the agents/owners prior to renting the apartment.

The apartment complex has twenty-four hour security and is gated and patrolled by security personnel. There is one exclusive parking bay directly outside. It is a ground floor flat thus no stairs!

Mid Season (March,April,October,November) R475 per day

Low Season (May,June, July, August, September) R400 per day

A discount will be applicable for longer term bookings and a daily rate
can be negotiated. 4 nights minimum stay.

Terms and Conditions

We require a 50% deposit and the balance on arrival and a R1 000 breakage deposit which will be refundable if there are no damages.

Cancellation Policy – 50% of the
deposit will be retained for
cancellation up to one month
before arrival.
After that deposits are forfeited.
