All rooms are under thatch (except The Boathouse and Treetops, Moonshadow 1 and 2), with a view of the lagoon and have separate entrances.
All rooms are fitted with Satellite TV, Bar fridges and tea/coffee facilities. A separate lounge (with TV) and dining room is available for guests, as well as decks and patios with tables and deck chairs, on the water’s edge overlooking the lagoon with its rich bird life. An English and buffet breakfast is served under the 400 year old Milkwood trees in our luxuriant garden.
Moontide is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, right on the water’s edge and overlooks the Wilderness Lagoon and two minute walk to the beach.
Wilderness is centrally situated on the Garden Route, making it a suitable location from which to explore Knysna, Oudtshoorn, Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay. |
     
MOONRIVER
Luxury suite with private patio and lagoon view . King – sized bedded spacious room ,with 2 single beds in the loft and en-suite bath and shower.
MOONSHADOW 1
Full king – sized bed(or two singles) with full en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and private patio.
MOONSHADOW 2
Spacious king-sized bedded room with lounge(can be made up in twin bedded room) Large seating area. Victorian bath plus large open shower. Private patio.
THE BOATHOUSE
Small and cosy. Double bed en-suite right on waters edge.
MILKWOOD
Upstairs, double bed loft room. Downstairs lounge with king size bed and bathroom. Private patio. |

STONE COTTAGE
Kingsized bedded room leading inbto a bathroom (bath plus shower) then leading into a twin bedded room with separate entrance leading out to garden.
Ideal for family of 4 or 2 couples sharing a bathroom. Very private patio with seating for 4 persons.
TREETOPS
Ideal for honeymooners. Bedroom leads into sun-filled patio, en-suite bathroom with an outside private deck complete with a hot and cold shower.
THE MOONDANCE
Moondance is one of the owners favourite rooms, comprising a spacious bedroom with separate seating area – all under a gorgeous thatch canopy – and leading into a dressing area with plenty of natural light. The king-size bed can be made into twins, and the sofa can become a third bed for those traveling with
extra person.
The bathroom features both high-pressure shower and corner tub. The outside seating area has river views and is shaded by magnificent Milkwoods. |
