Cancellation policy: A 50% of the full accommodation amount will be retained for cancellations within 15-30 days of arrival. The full accommodation amount will be retained for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will only be accepted via email (reservations@novaconstantia.com) or fax (+27 21 794 1655). Please ensure that you get a response acknowledging your cancellation. In the event of early departure, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged unless otherwise agreed by management (dependent on our ability to re-sell the rooms). We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
