Two acres of peaceful terraced gardens lead through shady bowers to sunny decks. There are two swimming pools, a 40’ heated pool and a smaller plunge pool. There is also plenty of parking.  Noordhoek is a delightfully unspoiled rural area, lying on the Atlantic side of the Cape Peninsula between Table Mountain and the Cape of Good Hope, just 25 minutes drive from Cape Town’s city centre. Its unrivalled, pristine beach is a 6 km. stretch of pure white sand, backed by wetlands and hemmed by lacy surf. In the springtime whales can be seen basking in the bay. Sunset horse rides are offered all year round. Close by, the charming Noordhoek Village offers local shopping and first class dining. Noordhoek is close to the renowned vineyards of Constantia and is also the southern entry to Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the must-do drives of the world, with its cliffhanging views along the Atlantic Coast. Excellent roads give easy access to all of the Cape’s magnificent sights and golf courses and if you prefer not to drive, transport can be arranged. |

 Oceangolf’s unique design offers flexible accommodation for 2 -8 people in a magnificent setting with breathtaking views. The décor is stylish and relaxing, the rooms spacious. There are four double/twin bedrooms over two floors, all with panoramic sea views, en-suite bath or shower rooms, and each with French doors leading onto patio or balcony. Sleeps 8 : 4 Bedroom House: All the rooms can be rented together as a four bedroom house, with two large reception areas, TV and DVD, modern open plan kitchen and large upstairs balcony. Sleeps 4 : 2 x 2 Bed Apartments: The floors can be separated into two self-contained two bedroom apartments, each with its own entrance, patio or balcony, open plan kitchen and spacious lounge, TV & DVD. Sleeps 2 : Individual Double or Twin Rooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms. Each room can be rented separately with kitchen and lounge facilities shared. The bed linen and towels are fresh cotton, the duvets and pillows made of down, with polyester also available. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, guest toilet and safe on each floor. A maid service can be arranged.
