Papillon House is a newly renovated luxury self catering cottage, ideally suited for leisure or business and is centrally positioned in a quiet tree laned road to take full advantage of major attractions such as V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cape Town convention centre, Bo-kaap, Long and Kloof Street, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches all within easy reach
of this cottage. |

It provides a convenient base from which to explore the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the cable car for a visit to the top of Table Mountain, which is approx. 5 minutes away by car. The historic city centre can be explored by foot which would take a good 10 minutes walk from our establishment with many surprises on your way there. |

Kloof Street with its many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, food stores, wine shops, pharmacy and bookshops is a 5 min walk from
the cottage.
The historic Long Street offers a variety of interesting shops and small cafés. Many good restaurants are just a few minutes away from us.
A 10 minute drive takes you to the popular beaches of Camps Bay or Clifton where you can watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy a day at the beach.
Kirstenbosch Gardens can be reached in 20 minutes by car and a visit of this beautiful garden is
highly recommended.
The Cape winelands are easily accessible and you can plan a whole day touring and tasting wines on our beautiful estates. Franchhoek is another landmark of South Africa and is well worth a visit. Hermanus is a 2˝ hour's drive away from Cape Town where the best whale-watching can be done. This makes an interesting outing for the day. Cape Point is surely one of the most visited sight-seeing spots for any visitor of Cape Town and a trip to this destination takes the visitor around the coast. |

Refunds on cancellations/deposits are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room and nature of the cancellation, otherwise:- |

Cancellation of your reservation during your stay and less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the full account |

Cancellation 7 - 21 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the full account. |

Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival, you will be liable for 30% of the full account. |
