Pringle Bay is a tranquil coastal village situated about an hours drive from Cape Town via the magnificent world famous Clarence Drive with spectacular views of False Bay, white beaches and sheer cliffs
through Gordon’s Bay and Rooi Els.

Partridge Place is a comfy spacious home away from home, ideal for 2 families. Situated on the beach one merely needs to walk across the road onto a pristine beach nestled between the Klein and Groot Hangklip Mountains. The house has amazing views of the beach stretching across the bay to Cape Point.

Partridge Place offers luxury accommodation consisting of 2 double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a 3rd bathroom, there is also a guest cloak on the 1st floor off the living area. The ground floor also has a lovely TV and games room for the children to enjoy, DSTV (bring your own card). The upper floor has a large open plan kitchen, dinning area and lounge with patio which has a braai.
The patio has an outside table and chairs so you can enjoy sundowners and the spectacular sea views.
The house sleeps 8 in total.




Pringle Bay being situated in a World Heritage site offers nature lovers many scenic walks from Harold Porter Botanical Gardens and nearby Kleinmond.
A well known Jackass Penguin colony is found nearby in Betty’s Bay, and crayfish / lobster catching in the summer
Whale watching between June and November
Golfing can enjoy a local Kleinmond course or the 5 star Arabella Estate about 30 km away.
