This stunning holiday home is located in Plettenberg Bay's most sought after road. The house is a three-storeyed Mediterranean villa situated on the highest point of Beachy Head Drive. It has breathtaking 360° vistas of the whole bay and surrounding Outeniqua mountains. The house has a 4 star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and is rated as Superior by the AA Travel Guides of South Africa.
The house is spacious with beautifully appointed, fully equipped interiors and an indoor jacuzzi. Accommodation comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house sleeps 11 to 13 people. Flowing entertainment areas are located on two floors and the large upstairs patio is perfect for afternoon sunbathing and siestas. 13 Beachy Head Drive is a self-catering establishment with a beautiful kitchen and a large separate laundry/utility room. Dining is indoors or outdoors and a gas barbeque/braai is provided.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Robberg Beach and within walking distance to shops. It is a short car trip to the centre of town. The house is fully protected and monitored by a security company 24 hours a day. All linen and towels are provided. Satellite TV is available. There is outside parking for three vehicles. A complimentary cleaning service is offered to guests who stay for longer than a week. Should guests wish to have the services of a maid more often, this can be arranged.
The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. |

It is a fabulous entertainment area. On the patio, there is an outdoor dining room table which seats 12 people. |

There are also outdoor couches, chairs, a coffee table and a drinks trolley. From this area, there is dual access to the guest WC and jacuzzi. |

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking. The remaining 70% is payable six weeks prior to arrival. All credit cards are accepted
(Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express). Credit Card payments should be made through the secure Internet portal www.paytostay.co.za. |

A refundable "breakages/loss" deposit of between R2500 and R5000 (depending on the length of stay) is required to be paid together with your 70% final payment. These monies are kept in trust and returned to you, approximately one week after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count. |

13 Beachy Head Drive is a non-smoking establishment. |

A non-smoking agreement, as well as an indemnity are required to be signed. |

Children are welcome. A cot and bedding is available for children under 2 years of age. |
