The house is spacious with beautifully appointed, fully equipped interiors and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, plus a separate en-suite garden cottage.
The house sleeps 15 guests. Flowing living areas are located on 2 floors. The large upstairs patio houses the Jacuzzi. There is a lawned lookout deck at the top of the house which provides breathtaking 360° vistas of the whole bay area and the surrounding Outeniqua Mountains. 13 Beachy Head Drive is a self-catering establishment with a beautiful kitchen and a large separate laundry/utility room. Dining is indoors or outdoors with 3 outdoor options on the windward and the
leeward sides of the house. A gas barbeque/braai is provided.
The house is a 5-minute walk from Robberg Beach and within walking distance to shops. It is a short car trip to the centre
of town. The house is fully protected by an electric fence and an alarm system, and is monitored by a security company 24 hours a day. Beachy Head Drive is monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7 throughout the year. All linen and towels are
provided. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are installed. There is off road parking for 4 vehicles.
On arrival, a starter tea/coffee pack is provided as well as a selection of small sized household cleaning items.
The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. There is no maid service provided but can be arranged if required.

Queen bed and an extra ¾ bed. This bedroom opens onto the ground floor lawned terrace. There is a full bathroom opposite this bedroom.
Queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto the garden.
Outside entrance. LG top loader washing machine / dryer combo, Speed Queen dryer and Ironing facilities. Extra bar fridge and cooking facility for staff.
Queen bed and baby’s cot (travel). This bedroom opens onto an open patio/walkway area. There is a full bathroom opposite the bedroom.
Queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto an open patio area.
Beautiful stone fireplace, Jetmaster gas fire and large flat screen TV. The sitting room opens onto a large covered patio with dining facilities, lawn garden with outdoor loungers, side tables and a magnificent sea view.
Open plan with sitting room. Dining room table seats 12. The dining room opens onto a large leeward back patio with outdoor dining facilities and a Weber gas barbeque/braai.
Fully fitted and appointed kitchen opens from the dining room, separate scullery with 2 fridge/freezers.
Kingsize, extra length bed, en-suite bathroom (shower only), with additional built in cupboards. The bedroom has a window seat and opens onto a private Juliet balcony, both with stunning 180° views. There is a study off the main bedroom.

Sitting Room & PJ Lounge
Opens onto a large sea-facing balcony with dining facilities and leeward balcony on the opposite side. The sitting room has a marble fireplace with a Jetmaster gas fire. The kids TV/ PJ lounge has a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a daybed which provides 2 extra single beds for children’s friends sleeping over. The 2 rooms can be separated by folding sliding doors.

Terms and Conditions
Minimum stay high & low seasons – one week.
Minimum stay peak season – two weeks.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 70% is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards are not accepted, payment is via EFT.
A refundable breakages deposit is required ranging from R5 000 – R15 000 depending on length of stay. This deposit is kept in trust and returned after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count.
13 Beachy Head Drive is a non-smoking establishment. A non-smoking agreement is required to be signed by tenants.
An indemnity document for the owners and agents of 13 Beachy Head Drive is required to be signed by tenants.
The 30% deposit is not refundable if booking is cancelled.
The 70% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one. If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given.
Children are welcome. A cot with bedding is available for children under 2 years of age.
