Cancellation Policy Please be aware of this: ALL cancellations received Prior to 60 days – 25%of deposit will be retained. Prior to 30 days – 50% of deposit will be retained. Less than 30 days – 100% of deposit will be retained. For short stays made during High or Peak periods – full payment will be requested. Short stay – deemed as 1 or 2 night occupancy. Non arrivals during High or Peak periods will be held responsible for the full amount of their stay.
