Die Pomphuisie is our family holiday home.
It is situated on the beach in Paternoster.
It is self-catering and hassle-free.
All the comforts of home are here for you.
All the way down to a potato peeler and a bottle
opener - just bring your own meat and wine.
Crayfish on demand (from the local fishermen). |

Die Pomphuisie offers comfortable and stylish accommodation: the main house sleeps 7, with 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), a family bathroom and a loft with 3 single beds.
The flatlet consists of a double bedroom, bathroom (shower only) and kitchen. All-in-all, there's accommodation for 9 people.

The house is situated opposite the beach, and offers uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Sit on our sun deck and watch the whales at play, while enjoying a memorable bottle of South African wine from the nearby Swartlands wineries.

The cottage is self-catering, but is also only a stone’s-throw away from the Voorstrand Restaurant, which is set in a 108 year old tin shack. |

Situated 150km outside of Cape Town. Paternoster is a whitewashed fishing village which retains the feel of old days gone by.

Come help the fishermen land their catch and then explore the beautiful, long, endless beaches and rocky coves, accompanied by nothing more than the whales (seasonal), dolphins, and seals.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and smell the flowers (spring daisies), then Paternoster is the place for you.

Fresh Crayfish, Perlemoen, Mussels and lazy days on the beach, are the order of the day.
