Confirmation of booking and Terms and Conditions
Rates are exclusive of breakfast if not mentioned otherwise on the invoice.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
If booking is made less than 7 days before arrival the full amount of invoice is payable.
Should we not receive payment within 24 hrs of booking, the booking will not be secured.
The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card payment.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, Diners and American Express
Please indicate invoice number when making payment.
Cancellations less than 24 hrs before arrival forfeit 100% of the full invoice,
less than 7 days and up to 2 days forfeit 50% of the invoiced amount.
Cancellations must be done in writing by fax or e-mail.
For check in after 17.00 hrs please pre-arrange.
The owners can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or possessions of guests or visitors. |
