The beach front is within 15 mins. walking distance of the house where a promenade offers beautiful walks. The world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are 5 mins by car offering the most beautiful views whilst sun bathing. There are also many bars, clubs and restaurants available at all times of the day. Taxis run from the main road to the beaches for a minimal amount.
The Mediterranean style kitchen is fully equipped for every need and offers a gas stove with a hot plate and an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan to a breakfast room and onto the lounge and main dining room, with
sea views.
There is a lounge area with TV and DVD on each level and wireless ADSL throughout the house at no extra cost.
The outside area of the house is perfect for entertaining with a private, secluded garden and private pool for sole use by guests. There are terraces across the front of the house with sea views and BBQ facilities as well as lounges and dining tables and chairs on both levels. Large sliding doors across the front of the house open to provide a wonderful flow between in and outside
