This magnificent Tuscan style villa is situated in a quiet area next to the long semi-private beach. It is run and managed by the owners Kevin, who is a keen golfer and Lucy, who is a qualified medical doctor and health practitioner. Together they will make sure you have a memorable stay with them whether on holiday or visiting on business. Here you will find exclusivity, privacy and personalised service. This really is a luxurious place to relax and unwind in style.




All three en-suite guest bedrooms are light, spacious and have Queen Size beds with exquisite Egyptian sateen cotton linen, luxury bathrobes and slippers, ample build-in wardrobe space, electronic safe, hairdryer and Molton Brown toiletries.

The Crown Room being located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool, private patio and garden. It has a four-poster bed, comfortable sitting area and a full bathroom.
The majestic staircase will take you to two other bedrooms on the first floor.

The Imperial Room is north facing with a full bathroom opens up onto the wrap around balcony with an ample sitting area, which is perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying a sundowner.

The Regent Room is south facing and offers a shower room and a wonderful view of Table Mountain.



Breakfast is tailor-made and ranges from raw vegetable juices to full English depending on your taste and special needs. Light snacks and lunches available on request. Complementary fruit juices, tea and coffee are served throughout the day. Honesty bar is fully stocked and always at your disposal.



The villa benefits from under floor heating and comprehensive water filtration system throughout the property including bathrooms. Drinking water is further purified via reverse osmosis.

Apart from the downstairs formal open plan lounge with breakfast area, study and a separate guest cloakroom, there is a spacious and comfortable guest TV lounge with 50’’Plasma, Blue Ray DVD; video and home surround sound system on the first floor.






Outside you will find fully tiled patio, braai, heated swimming pool and a large tranquil garden.
There is a Colonic Hydrotherapy room on the premises if you want to feel lighter and brighter.

Sunset Beach is located 14km north from Cape Town and only a few minutes drive to the major shopping malls at V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk. There are numerous golf courses, hiking routes and cycling tracks in and around Sunset Beach. You will find more shops and restaurants further north in Blaauwberg and Table View, which is only a 5min drive up the R27.
Robben Island, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch botanical gardens and the Western Cape wine routes are all nearby and are a ‘must do’ on every traveller’s list.
Other activities and entertainment include water sports and walks along the beach.
