master bedroom with queen size bed, private
dressing area and a door to the patio. There is
also a children's bedroom with double bunk beds.
The living area on this level has a TV (M-Net),
DVD and mini hi-fi as well as a built-in bar fridge
and access to the patio area with barbeque
facilities and 8-seater outdoor table with chairs.
Additionally, this level has a guest bathroom,
dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all
required amenities including a dishwasher,
microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, crockery and
cutlery. There is also a double garage with
remote access that leads through to a fully
equipped laundry.
On the second level are two twin-bedded rooms
and a bathroom along with another lounge area
with a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave,
toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
For your convenience, the caretaker, who lives
on the premises, offers laundry and baby-sitting
services, if required. Arrangements and rates
must be negotiated directly with the caretaker.
