There are two kinds of suites, all air conditioned of course ... the deluxe suites with a luxurious bathroom with a large bath with unsurpassable views of the colourful houses and Signal Hill and the self catering suites complete with open plan kitchen area, dining and lounge area and a beautiful bedroom all with extra length king size beds with crisp white cotton linen and those bathrooms have a huge shower ... I might add also with super views of our very own Cape Malay Quarter ... all the other normal things like flat screen TV, DVD players, Satellite, wireless internet, heated towel rails, secure parking, complimentary coffee/tea, robes and slippers are thrown in ...

We have our on site bistro where the breakfasts are served and the most stunning, simple meals are rustled up for lunch with whatever is fresh at the market ... 	Full pre payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival
	If booking is cancelled and the deposit is paid a 10% deposit is non refundable
	If booking is cancelled 8-30 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged
	If booking is cancelled 7 days prior will be charged 100%
