| Southern Comfort is a small and modern guest house located in Oranjezicht in the heart of Cape Town and on the slopes of Table Mountain. We are near to the De Waal Park and the popular Gardens Shopping. Also close to the popular Kloof Street restaurants and with easy access to the V&A Waterfront, City Centre and the beaches our unique location makes it the ideal home for the holiday or business traveller.
Close to the foot of Table Mountain, with glorious views of all mountains, overlooking the City and Table Bay we have a choice of 5 en-suite bedrooms, furnished in a contemporary modern style giving each a distinctive character. The establishment offers high comfort – each guest room has an en-suite bathroom, three rooms open to their own private terrace. |

Phone and laundry service available in-house at reasonable charge. Airport Transfers, Tours and Activities can be arranged on request. We speak English, French, Xhosa and German and endeavor to make your stay in Cape Town an unforgettable one. |
 All our bedrooms have king-size beds (twins), air conditioning and electrical heating. The en-suite bathrooms come with heated towel racks and walk-in showers. Each room has a tea, coffee & kettle, flat screen satellite TV, Internet connection; personal gowns and hairdryer. There also is a guest kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery. Regret no pets. The Guest House is a non-smoking establishment. |
 Rooms will be available at 14:00 on the day of booked arrival. Check Out must be by 11:00 on the day of departure. |

| DEPOSIT 50% deposit confirms your booking & balance is paid on leaving. Walk-in visitors are required to pay one night’s stay on arrival with balance on leaving Visa and MasterCard are accepted. CANCELLATION Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival deposit will be returned less R 250.00 admin fee. Less than 2 weeks notice deposit is forfeited. In the case of "no show" the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations, such as early departure within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable. |
