The open plan kitchen is fully furnished with hot plates, convection / microwave oven and has white cement kitchen counter tops which give the house a very clean feel to its finishes. |

The sitting room has a lime wash coffee table, TV (satellite) and DVD player and comfy sofa. |

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with fresh crisp white linen, side tables, light dimmers, and cupboards with hanging space. |

The bathroom comes complete with basin, toilet and shower. |

A camper cot for children under 2 years old is available. |

Nearby Attractions: Ambassador Hotel (100m), Sea Point High Street (500m) and Promenade, Beach Rd (0.0m), Sea Point Sea Water Pools (200m) and the famous Cape Town beaches, Clifton (2km) and Camps Bay (3km).
Other near-by attractions are the V&A Waterfront (5km), Camps Bay bars and restaurants (3km) and Table Mountain Cable Car (5km), Cape Town International Convention Centre (5.0 km), Robben Island (5km) and Cape Town International Airport (25 min drive).

Rates: (1 November – 30 April):
R650 per night for the unit. Reduced rates are available for stays longer than 7 nights.
The apartment is available for long-term let only between
1 May and 31 October, for a minimum stay of 6 months.

Our stay at 200 Seacliffe was absolutely stunning; the location firstly is superb with a very well established apartment stylishly and smartly decorated with all the necessary comforts of a home. I think the best feature for me was the fact that I could make my cuppa in the morning and walk less than 5metres to choose a boulder to have it on, with the sun on my face, the ocean breeze and gorgeous views. The location generally was very convenient with all the necessary amenities close by not forgetting great sunsets which were fantastic. Thank you for an awesome stay in the fair fair cape.

Very good value - 23 March 2008
We enjoyed the convenience of the location. The flat was fairly basically equipped but pleasant and adequately suited our requirements. Anton was very helpful and obliging about requests we made. Very good value.
