family home situated above Sunny Cove, Fish Hoek,
Cape Town. It is a solidly built house with
room to breathe and play. This home has immediate
access to Main road and Jagers Walk (a promenade)
leading to Fish Hoek main beach – a delightful
7 minute walk along the edge of the sea.

| Visit the many exquisite surrounding wine farms, anything from 15 minutes to 3 hours distance. |
| Visit the penguins at Boulders Beach. |
| Go horse riding on Noordhoek Beach. |
| Eat out at any number of restaurants edging the waves of False Bay. |
