A number of well-known shops and restaurants in walking distance for your convenience. The beach is about a 250m walk and there are two secure under cover parking bays. |

| Most of the apartments come with DSTV, if not, this can be arranged at an additional cost of R20 per day. Standard facilities include Fridge, Freezer, TV, microwave, toaster etc. If internet connection is required, we have 3G cards that can be borrowed on a pay as you go basis. A cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost of R150 per day. |

There are well known shops and restaurants, such as Cape Town Fish Market, Col'cacchio and the Spur. Other facilities are available such as hair dressers, day spa, post office etc. Shop rite Checkers and Woolworths are also in the complex.
It should be noted that the residential and commercial sections are separate. |
 
| Big Bay, Blouberg is located across the bay from Cape Town city centre and beautiful Table Mountain. The complex is situated across the road from the beach and is in close proximity to a number of well-known restaurants. The distance to the CBD is 25km's. |

| Big Bay beach is situated across the road, which is very favourable for wind surfing, Kite Boarding, Surfing and body boarding. There is a new bus service that has been introduced the stop is directly outside the complex. You can go into the local town or into Cape Town CBD for a minimal fee. |
