   
| Still Waters is a magical place set in the Velorenvlei bird and nature reserve (RAMSAR) and only 5 kms from the unspoilt beaches of Elands Bay with its famous left break waves for surfing and kite surfing enthusiasts.
The accommodation consists of 2 historic buildings set in over a hectare of gardens and grounds and can sleep up to 30 people if the entire accommodation is hired. |

| The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the open plan lounge/dining room is also very spacious with huge sliding doors leading out onto a paved stoep with lovely views. Satellite TV and DVD player are available from November 2011. This lovely home also provides a bathroom, shower room and 2 toilets. The verandah is a perfect area to relax, with a dining area under vine, braai area and stunning views over the huge communal swimming pool, gardens and Velorenvlei lagoon. The pool house is set in over a hectare of gardens and grounds so there is a wonderful feeling of space and privacy. Bed linen and towels are provided. For Bookings of a week or over, guests are welcome to use the laundry room after 4pm. |

Our neighbour’s eco tourism farm, offers our guests many 'on site' facilities including a fully licensed bar, indoor and outdoor restaurants and rentals of canoes and quad bikes. Horse riding is also available for adults and children and lake or sea fishing can also be organised upon request. There is also a bird hide with viewing deck on the lagoon edge. The beach is a mere 5 kms away which offers fantastic left break surf, long white beaches and
fantastic rock pools at low tide.
Still waters is a very popular location for group bookings such as Christian retreats, birthday parties etc as we can accommodate up to 30 people at very competitive rates. |
