Strandveld Vineyards cottages are situated on the southernmost wine farm on the continent of Africa. Enjoy a bottle of our First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz or Pinot Noir while looking out over the vineyards and hearing only the wind.

Both our cottages offer self-catering accommodation. The North cottage features a double bed and the South Cottage two single beds. Both units are equipped with:

An indoor fireplace/braai
A fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery
Bedding and towels

Strandveld Vineyards is part of the Nuwejaars River Nature Reserve and the Agulhas National Park is only a few kilometres away. Springbok, Bontebok and Buffalo roam the plains around the vineyards.
Feel free to bring along your bicycle and explore the dirt tracks in the area. Hiking enthusiasts are also well catered for and the entire area offers exceptional birding (we are a proud member of BirdLife South Africa).

The towns of Elim, Bredasdorp, Struisbaai, L’Agulhas, Gansbaai and Baardskeerdersbos are all within 30 minutes drive.
