 Studley Lodge is a large, self-contained home set in a tranquil leafy garden with plenty of space for children to play in a relaxed environment.

Studley Lodge is secure, spacious and fully equipped for long and short self-catering stays, and is ideal for business people, families on holiday, on the move between homes, relocating or renovating. Children of all ages are welcome (cot and or extra beds available) as are pets, by arrangement.

The house is such that it can be used as two units ,or as one large unit incorporating both sections should this be required. Each unit has its own en-suite bathroom and kitchen. This unique situation allows maximum flexibility; ie for extended families with separate facilities, or for the separate rental of each section.

Off street parking behind electric gates , burglar alarm connected to private security company, electric fencing, and access control are provided for your security and the comfort of a relaxed atmosphere.

Unit 1 is the main part of the house, suitable for a family and is the most spacious. It comprises of 2 bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other with 4 twin beds with sliding doors to the garden ,pool and covered patio. It is adjoined by a wide dressing room area and en-suite. The en-suite has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity basin There is a second cloakroom off the entrance hall with a toilet and wash hand basin. The full, modern "Eat-in" size kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven and a large double door fridge plus all the necessary equipment.

The "Child-friendly" garden is accessed from both the spacious lounge and large main bedroom through huge glass sliding doors. A covered patio runs across the home overlooking the expansive back garden, swimming pool and braai (BBQ) facilities. Wheelchair friendly.

Unit 2 is a smaller section that can be incorporated into the main house by opening up the dividing door. It has its own separate entrance, en suite, galley kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and basic equipment. Its own en-suite bathroom comprises of a shower, hand-basin, and toilet. The double bedroom has a small table and chairs to sit at and a sleeper couch, so would be suitable for a couple plus 1 other if necessary.

A three minute walk gets you to a convenience shopping complex with a KwikSpar with butcher, baker, delicatessen, fruit & veg, chemist and hairdresser. A small up-market liquor store and petrol station are also included. |
