Sundown Manor is located in upmarket Fresnaye, a few minutes walk from the Sea Point promenade and olympic size swimming pools. The V&A Waterfront, famous Clifton & Camps Bay beaches are only a few minutes drive away and the Lion's Head mountain towers in the background. Shops, restaurants, gym, golf course and public transport are nearby and easily accessible.We have 8 large and spacious rooms, all ensuite with newly renovated bathrooms and upmarket finishes.
The lounge and dining room area's are also large and spacious and we have a lovely open patio area which is well protected and an ideal spot for breakfast, sunbathing and evening sundowners.

The patio overlooks a large and most inviting swimming pool located in a protected and private setting, ideal for relaxing days! Two of the lower rooms open out onto the pool and have their own private access.

All rooms are very tastefully and simply decorated with TV's (Mnet), fans, tea and coffee facilities and
safes. There are both double (kingsize) and single beds available.
We offer internet, fax and e-mail facilities from the office and can organise
airport transfers and car hire. We also offer laundry services.





There is safe undercover parking available.

Full Continental and English breakfast served.

Sundown Manor has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, is owner run and Gary, your host, is on hand to advise and
assist in all aspects.
