This 6 bedroom beautifully restored Victorian double-story Villa guarantees magnificent views of Table
Mountain and is located in the heart of Cape Town. The Table Mountain cable car and the beaches of Camps
Bay are all within a 10 minutes drive.

The Colony is the perfect choice for business groups or large family vacations. A special incentive discount is offered to these groups staying for longer periods.

The house is a few minutes away from Tamboerskloof's gem, "The Daily Deli" and trendy Kloof Street with
various Restaurants and shops.

The Colony offers accommodation to 12 people in six double bedrooms en-suite, 4 with spa baths and
showers, and two with shower.

At the end of a busy day in Cape Town you can look forward to the comfort of the lounge and relax to some
music or enjoy satellite television or a DVD.

The home has a garden and several balcony's and patio's overlooking the splendour of Cape Town and
magnificent Table Mountain.

The awe-inspiring African Sundowners can be enjoyed on any one of the patios.

The recliners invite you to put feet up and relax by the refreshing pool on hot summer days.

The modern kitchen on the lower level is fully equipped; including a refrigerator, freezer, gas and an electric
stove as well as a microwave.

A washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer are also at your service.

The house is serviced 5 times per week, but additional housekeeping as well as babysitting can be arranged
on request.

The spacious dining room generously seats up to 10 people.

The alarm system and armed response ensure your safety and security.

Also at your service are a telephone, fax and wireless ADSL lines.
