Less then 2 hours drive from Cape Town, lies the 19th century village of McGregor. Tucked away in this peaceful village, the barn offers the ambiance of a bygone era.

This authentic country barn is complete with original Oregan beams, ceilings and doors. It is beautifully restored with internal and external shutters and Victorian lights.

It is furnished throughout with original Cape antique furniture and paintings which have been lovingly collected over
the years.

The barn has a double room, twin bedroom, as well as a single “Monks room”, all of which are fitted with exquisite new white cotton linen.

The bathroom has an original Victorian bath, yellowwood and stinkwood wastafel, and happy door leading to a secluded outdoor shower.

The large open plan living room and kitchen boasts an open fireplace and wood burning Bollinger stove.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all electrical appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher.
