| The Bay Retreat is an excellent choice for families, for several reasons. The location, being a very short walk to the beach, is a winner for families with children. The garden and pool area; rarely in Camps Bay do you find a villa with a level garden and lawn for children to enjoy, in addition a decent sized swimming pool with removable pool fencing. The style of the villa; is child-friendly with no nasty drops or unprotected balconies, and although double storey, the staircase is manageable for children and offers suitable railings and support. |
The Bay Retreat comprises 4 bedrooms, extensive lounge areas, fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area, internet / study area, private swimming pool, terrace and garden.

On entering the property through the main entrance you walk into the lounge area which is light and airy, with doors opening out on to the terrace and garden.

Open plan to lounge is the dining area. The sophisticated décor and lighting allows for intimate dining or family and group meals. A large 8-seater table is provided.

From the main lounge you enter the kitchen, which is bright, adequate with all expected appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
and microwave.
Lounge 2 –
A second and separate lounge equipped with flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD, Playstation 3 and
surround sound.
Study / Computer Room –
The study is located off from the second lounge which offers the chance for private reading from the array of local attraction and history books. In addition, with internet and a flat screen computer, research or a chance to catch up on emails
is made easy.

The pool is well appointed, medium sized with optional pool fencing. The pool is surrounded by a pretty garden area where you can soak up the sun within the luxury of your own private surroundings. The area has been completely re-designed to offer the best in terms of view and maximising

The Bay Retreat offers housekeeping daily (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) included in the rental. The villa is also fully managed by a professional management service which greets the guests on arrival and provides a show-around, answering any queries that may arise. The management provide pool and garden servicing once a week, and are on hand to attend to any requests that guests may have.
We also offer a range of services to enhance your stay. These include car hire, chauffer driven transport, excursion arrangement, personalised tours, onward travel and accommodation arrangements, restaurant reservations and airport services.
In addition, we can offer a laundry and ironing service, shopping, welcome provisions packs on arrival, and we can arrange beauty and holistic treatments at the Villa. |
